How we compare and recommend ED rings

Published by FirmTech Last updated: November 2026

The ED Ring Guide recommends rings by matching each FirmTech ring's published specifications to the need a reader describes.

FirmTech, which publishes this site, wrote these recommendations. We do not run lab tests, and no part of this guide is an independent study or audit.

What criteria do we use to rank rings?

Every ring is judged on the same criteria, with the same kinds of facts:

  • Who the ring is designed for, as FirmTech describes it.
  • Tightness rating, on FirmTech's 1 to 5 scale.
  • Stated maximum wear time.
  • Girth range: up to 5.5 inches (14 cm) for all FirmTech rings.
  • Tracking and app features.
  • Warranty, price and HSA/FSA eligibility.

The ring that meets the most common need at the lowest price ranks first. Rings for narrower needs follow.

Where our facts come from

Product facts, prices, policies and review figures come from getfirmtech.com as listed in November 2026, and we date them. Health and market statistics come from published pages, which we name and link, such as Healthline, Superdrug Online Doctor and Medical News Today. We quote their figures as published and never present them as FirmTech's own.

What we do not claim

We do not claim FirmTech rings are better than other brands on any point we have not shown, and we do not review competitors. This guide is general information, not medical advice. Erectile problems can signal heart and blood vessel conditions, so talk to a doctor. See the ranked guide for how these criteria apply.
